With the end of the cannabis prohibition era drawing closer, it is time for a serious debate about the future of federal cannabis regulation.

Recently, the National Cannabis Industry Association’s Policy Council released its long anticipated white paper regarding the future of federal regulation of cannabis. The NCIA is the nation’s largest non-profit cannabis industry trade association, and our Managing Member Michael Cooper co-chairs its Policy Council think tank.
